Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zanyla Resort, we take pride in the quality of our garments and aim to provide clear and transparent purchasing terms.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Returns & Refunds Policy.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Incorrect size selection
Change of preference
Deciding not to proceed with the item after purchase

Pre-Order & Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Pre-Order” and/or “All sales are final” on the product description page are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Pre-order items are produced or secured based on confirmed customer demand and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change-of-mind reasons.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

The item is excluded from refunds
The item may only be returned if it is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law

Faulty or Defective Items

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is deemed to be faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the nature of the fault.

Faulty item claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order and must include clear photographic evidence for assessment.

Eligible Returns (Where Applicable)

Where a return is approved (excluding pre-order and final sale items), the following conditions must be met:

The return must be lodged within 7 days of receiving the item
The garment must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All original tags and hygiene stickers must remain attached
The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Store Credit & Exchange

Where a return is approved, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used on any available products, including future collections.
